In this multi we have natural vitamin E, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin B6 as the active co-enzyme form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, folic acid as methyltetrafolate and with well absorbed calcium from lithothamnion calcarea - a fossilised seaweed. We have improved the formula and now include a vegan source of the active D3 form of Vitamin D and increased iodine.

For better balance we have reduced vitamin A and added beta carotene - an alternative way to get Vitamin A and safe for pregnant women. To complete the formula we have now added live bacteria. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal. Contains Vitamin K. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take more than 2 tablets a day except on the advice of a doctor. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Total content of iron per bottle is 450mg.
